DOVAHKIIN: Calliope!! (Full)

After developing a decent style of drawing/shading, I decided to do a serious piece off of one of my two Skyrim characters- both of whom were inspired by Homestuck's Cherubs...

So here's Calliope slaying a dragon with her signature weapons, the Pogo Hammer (A mod given weapon, Homestuck based) and Bloodskall (A quest reward from the Dragonborn DLC). Coming up with Callie's pose was a bit tough to do, but I managed to pull it off, I think.

I was a bit torn on what armor to draw on her, considering I went to all the trouble to do the body shading and those Tattoos. (Good grief they're complicated!) Either I went with what basically amounted to a battle-swimsuit or I went with a ton of armor that I'd have to re-shade over and over and over again. In the end I settled on the torn up heavy armor that she'd probably have after clashing with a dragon. (Game mechanics mean nothing in reality!)

Of course- the Dragon Soul absorbing thing is a bit distracting from the rest of the work I put into this picture, so I'll be uploading another version of this without that effect in it!
